
Share Plan Growth Lead
We’re looking for someone brilliant to lead and take to market a new proposition focused on share scheme advice for employees — across SIPs, Sharesave, RSUs, equity grants, LTIPs, EMI, CSOPs, and more.
There’s a huge advice gap here. Many employees — from junior to senior — are sitting on valuable equity, but don’t understand how or when to act on it. We want to change that: giving people clarity and confidence, helping them make better financial decisions, and introducing them to our broader planning services when the time is right.

What the role is about
This person will be the growth lead, internal SME and external champion of our share scheme proposition. They’ll shape it, package it, and take it to market — building demand with HR/Reward leaders and ensuring our planning and advice teams can deliver it at scale.
They’ll:
- Create a scalable share scheme journey – from education to 1:1 support – that employees actually use.
- Lead growth – hit sales targets by targeting workplaces, selling to them, onboarding them and embedding the proposition as a real employee benefit.
- Enable delivery – train and coach our planning/advice teams to deliver confidently. Create, oversee and deliver education to workplaces, and identify when a referral to full advice is needed. Provide one to one advice and comment for our clients’ C-Suite executives on their equity positions on an ‘as needed’ basis.
- Shape go-to-market strategy – working with marketing and workplace teams to package the proposition in a way that resonates with HR/Reward leaders.
Be the expert – staying on top of equity scheme design, tax and legal updates, and translating them into clear, actionable insight for colleagues and clients.
Background
We’re looking for someone who’s technically credible, commercially minded, and thrives in both sales and proposition-building. You’ll be confident selling into HR/Reward leaders, comfortable enabling others, and great at turning technical equity concepts into something people actually understand.
What success looks like
- Workplace growth – new employer partners onboarded against clear sales targets
- Referral engine – a measurable flow of warm, qualified leads into our financial planning team
- Scalable model – designed once, delivered many times by our advisers, supporting tens → hundreds → thousands of employees
- Employer demand – HR/Reward leaders see it as a high-value benefit to attract and retain talent
What you’ll bring to the role
- +7 years in reward or share scheme consulting (Big 4, boutique, or in-house)
- Account management or sales roles in administrators or equity tech providers
- Employment tax professionals with equity scheme expertise (and commercial flair)
- Financial advisers or planners with share scheme knowledge, who want to move into proposition leadership and enablement rather than direct delivery
In return for your contribution we offer a £75k – £90k DOE + up to 30% OTE + benefits

Flexible working
We currently operate a hybrid model which is a mix of office and remote. You'll have the option of working from home 2 days per week (Monday and Friday) with the remainder from our central London office in Holborn.
