Role

We are looking for an experienced HR operations professional to join our team. This role is instrumental in working with our HR systems, ensuring data integrity, and managing compliance-related tasks. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in HR systems, backend workflows, and system administration, with a problem-solving mindset and a passion for efficiency.

Reporting to the People Infrastructure & Total Rewards Lead, this role will collaborate closely with People Operations Analysts, Recruitment Operations Analysts, and cross-functional teams in HR, Payroll, IT, and Compliance.

Responsibilities:

HR Systems & Data

  • Configure and maintain custom fields, data structures, and workflows in HRIS systems to support employee onboarding, data management, and compliance.
  • Support system integrations with ATS, payroll, and third-party platforms (e.g., Bob, Deel) to streamline HR operations.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems, including employment agreements, right-to-work checks, and contractor records.
  • Develop and maintain SOPs for HRBP, Recruitment, and Payroll teams to improve data integrity and operational efficiency.

Compliance & Documentation

  • Manage I-9 and right-to-work checks for global employees, ensuring accurate record-keeping and compliance with local regulations.
  • Maintain employee data, including work authorization tracking, document storage, and historical record migration.
  • Conduct periodic audits for employment agreements, bonus changes, and background checks to support broader compliance efforts.
  • Coordinate with external immigration counsel on documentation requirements and expiration tracking.

Operational Support

  • Manage first-line HR support, including employment verification letters, benefits enrollments, and PTO adjustments.
  • Support the onboarding and offboarding processes, including document verification, system updates, and data management.
  • Oversee contractor onboarding, including background checks, contract management, and system setup

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of HR operations or HR generalist experience within an international business setting.
  • Strong backend system understanding , including workflow configuration, data structures, and integrations.
  • Hands-on experience with system audits, reporting, and compliance-related documentation.
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and optimize system performance.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with HiBob and Greenhouse are strong pluses but not required.
