Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Fundamentals Operations Associate to join our team. In this role, you will support analysts by ensuring timely access to critical documents, maintaining internal databases, and enhancing data workflows. Your attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment will be essential to maintaining the accuracy and efficiency of our financial data operations.
Responsibilities:
- Data Alerts Management: Proactively monitor and manage data alerts, ensuring swift and precise responses.
- Financial Records Aggregation: Maintain comprehensive financial records for numerous companies, ensuring all necessary documents are promptly identified and downloaded for analysts.
- Analyst Support: Provide support to a team of financial analysts, facilitating their data needs and information requests.
- Earnings Call Coordination: Manage and update company earnings calls, guaranteeing precision and timely dissemination.
- Database Oversight: Vigilantly monitor and maintain internal databases.
- Ad-hoc Assistance: Undertake various ad-hoc tasks to bolster data operations and fulfil project requirements.
- Process Optimisation: Continuously identify opportunities to improve data workflows and implement best practices to enhance operational efficiency.
Requirements:
- Exceptional Communication: Demonstrated excellence in verbal and written communication to effectively liaise with analysts and team members.
- Data Management Expertise: Proven ability to manage and organise large volumes of financial data with a high degree of accuracy.
- Superior Organisational Skills: Exceptional organisational skills with a strong ability to prioritise tasks effectively in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
- Meticulous Attention to Detail: Unwavering attention to detail and precision in data handling.
- Relevant Experience: Significant experience in a data operations role or a similar position within the finance industry.
- Educational Credentials: A Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g Business Administration) is preferred.
- Adaptability and Flexibility: Demonstrated comfort in managing varied tasks and adjusting to shifting priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
