This role requires a blend of technical acumen, client-facing skills, and a strong focus on delivering commercial outcomes.

  • Technical Implementation & Delivery: Manage technical projects from beginning to end, ensuring successful solution integration and a high level of client satisfaction. Provide hands-on support during client onboarding and trials. Guide clients through technical challenges and troubleshoot problems. Serve as the primary technical resource for integration implementation, from hands-on work with APIs and Snowflake share to managing project timelines and stakeholders.
  • Knowledge Contribution: Document solutions, best practices, and collateral to contribute to scaling knowledge across the commercial organization, making them more effective at driving revenue. Document feedback on feature gaps that impede revenue conversion.
  • Usage Monitoring: Monitor integration usage logs for potential misuse and red flags that clients stopped using our solutions.
  • Upsell & Cross-Sell Identification: Proactively identify opportunities for upsell and cross-sell by understanding client usage and business objectives during implementation and ongoing engagements. Scale strategy to other commercial stakeholders.
  • Cross-Functional Team Collaboration: Maintain close collaboration with Product Strategy and Tech teams to communicate client feedback and feature requests, flag potential integration impacts from upcoming changes, and stay current on new features and product roadmap to inform clients.
  • User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Support Tech during UAT for new features and product changes to validate functionality and identify integration issues before client rollout.
  • Data Quality & Issue Resolution: Identify integration data issues and coordinate with other teams to ensure timely resolution on their end. Track issues to closure.

Qualifications

Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
