We are hiring a Full Stack FHIR Engineer to work on a pivotal Federal program that is making a positive impact on millions of Americans' daily lives.
What you'll be doing:
Working hand in hand with other engineers developing and scaling a major application, day to day work will involve writing code, developing tests, and debugging. As a senior engineer, you will be expected to give input on high-level architecture decisions and communicate those decisions to other developers on the team.
What you’ll bring:
- 5+ years of experience writing services in Golang & Angular
- Expertise with FHIR (Fast Healthcare Interoperability Resources) compliant APIs
- Domain knowledge of HL7 FHIR interoperability standards within healthcare IT
- Previous healthcare industry experience, specifically within CMS and/or hospital quality reporting, a big plus.
- Experience with REST APIs and json, service registry and mulesoft
- Experience with SQL and PostgreSQL, Redshift, Dynamo S3 and Liquibase
- Experience with AWS Dev tools and Node, Java, C#, Go or Python, Wildfly/JBoss, Docker
- Familiarity with data architecture and devops tools a big plus
- The ability to write code that is a pleasure for other engineers to read and understand
- Strong verbal and written communication skills directed at both technical and non-technical audiences
- Knowledge of Agile, JIRA and SAFe SDLC practices
- Performs other related duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Must be a US Citizen and able to work domestically
- Must be able to attain low-level security clearance

Compensation:
At Oddball, it’s important each employee is compensated competitively and fairly. In alignment with state legal requirements. A range for the included position is listed below. Be advised, actual offer details are determined by job category, job location, and candidate skill level.
United States Wage Range: $120,000 – $155,000
