The Mission

At OffSec, we’re not just shaping the future of cybersecurity — we’re building a global team that powers it. We’re looking for a detail-driven Accounting Assistant to join our Finance team and help keep our financial operations running smoothly across all OffSec entities. You’ll be a key part of our Finance team, supporting the day-to-day operations that keep OffSec running behind the scenes. We’re looking for someone who thrives on organization and accuracy but isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves. What You’ll Do

• Process vendor forms and help Sales Representatives with finance-related requests.
• Register for client portals using official OffSec information.
• Respond to customer inquiries related to billing or payments.
• Coordinate with the Legal and Finance teams to route and review contracts and documentation.
• Support Sales with financial questions and opportunity edits inside Salesforce.
• Jump in to support management and special projects as needed — no two days are ever the same.
• Provide support to other members of Management on an as-needed basis.
• Contribute to resolution of business issues as they arise.
• Participate in ad hoc projects and committees.

 

What You Bring

• 1–3 years of accounting experience and a solid grasp of PFRS.
• Strong English communication skills — both written and verbal.
• Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
• A sharp eye for detail, paired with strong prioritization skills.
• Great interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships across teams.
• A strong work ethic and solid business sense.

Bonus Points if You Have

• Experience with QuickBooks and/or Salesforce.
• Familiarity with US GAAP.
• Prior experience in the cybersecurity or SaaS industry.
