About the role:

OfferUp Business is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior B2B Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in demand generation, content marketing, email marketing, and cross-team collaboration. This role is critical in driving our B2B marketing strategies, enhancing brand awareness, and generating high-quality leads to support our growth objectives.

  • Demand Generation:
    • Develop and execute comprehensive demand generation strategies to drive lead acquisition and conversion.
    • Design and manage multi-channel campaigns, including PPC, social media advertising, and display advertising.
    • Monitor and optimize campaigns to improve performance, ensuring alignment with sales goals and ROI targets.
  • Content Marketing:
    • Create and manage a robust content marketing strategy that aligns with the company’s business objectives and audience needs.
    • Oversee the production of high-quality content, including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, infographics, and videos.
    • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure content is engaging, relevant, and optimized for SEO.
  • Email Marketing:
    • Develop and implement targeted email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and drive customer engagement.
    • Segment email lists based on various criteria to deliver personalized and relevant content to different audience segments.
    • Track and analyze email campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments to improve open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration:
    • Work closely with sales, product, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and support of overall business goals.
    • Facilitate communication and collaboration between marketing and other departments to drive cohesive strategies and initiatives.
    • Lead cross-functional projects to improve customer experience and maximize marketing impact.
  • General Marketing Management:
    • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to inform marketing strategies and tactics.
    • Manage marketing budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources to maximize impact and efficiency.

You'll thrive in this role if you have: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on demand generation, content marketing, email marketing, and cross-team collaboration.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful demand generation and content marketing strategies.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools, including SEO, SEM, social media, and marketing automation platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content and deliver impactful presentations.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Pardot, and Google Analytics is a plus.

Compensation Range: $125,000-$150,000

OfferUp offers a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you’ll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. Individual salaries within our ranges are determined through a variety of factors, including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills, and geography. All roles will receive equity in OfferUp as part of their compensation, the amount of equity varying depending on the individual’s level and experience.

Benefits: In addition to our compensation package, this role is eligible to enroll in health insurance, healthcare savings, and spending accounts, retirement savings benefits (401(k) plan with match), basic and voluntary life insurance, disability benefits, and paid time off for sick leave, family and/or medical leave, vacation, and 12 company holidays. In regard to vacation time, OfferUp has a flexible vacation policy, and, in general, full-time, exempt employees will be expected to take 3-5 weeks (15-30 days) of pre-planned vacation time per year. Vacation needs are flexible and will naturally vary from year to year based on individual circumstances and business needs. In regard to sick time, all full-time employees (exempt and non-exempt) will be granted 12 days (96 hours) of sick time per year (pro-rated if the start date is other than January 1).
