The Floor Plan Service Specialist is primarily in charge of executing data entry and floorplan setup
tasks within the OfficeSpace software platform using multiple sources of information. They are also in
charge of executing simple and moderate complexity of floor plans in AutoCAD. This person reports to
the Floor Plan Services Team Lead and is in charge of the production and population of floorplans in
the interface of the software created for our clients.
 

What You'll Do:

  • Upload client floorplans to the OfficeSpace software platform. As well as creating and positioning client seats, offices, and spaces on top of their floorplan layout.
  • Cleaning, drafting, and preparing simple-moderate floor plans in AutoCAD and Illustrator to be uploaded into the OfficeSpace Software platform using files coming in a variety of formats.
  • Perform miscellaneous professional services tasks regarding data digitization, population and input.
  • Report any noticeable errors during setup to the Floor Plan Services Team Leads or Operation Manager for review and resolution.
  • All other tasks required by OfficeSpace as it relates to the scope of the Floor Plan Service Specialist.

The Skills, Experience, and Mindset Required:

  • High School Diploma is required
  • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator is required
  • Basic AutoCAD knowledge is required
  • A2 English CEFR is required
  • Knowledge of architectural drawing is required
  • Ability to express clear ideas and communicate with different stakeholders
  • High level of organization and attention to detail
  • Skilled in verbal and written communication
  • Able to receive input and feedback from managers and peers
  • High standard of quality in the completion of assigned tasks
  • Ability to quickly change priorities of their assigned tasks in accordance with the strategy of the
    department
  • Great team player with the ability to have open communication and mutual support with
    peers
  • Ability to work 8:00 am-5:00pm
