Role Overview:
We're looking for a strategic, client-obsessed professional to lead our scaled digital success efforts. In this role, you will design and execute high-impact digital journeys that help clients realize the full value of our software—driving adoption, engagement, and expansion at scale.
This is not a traditional project management role. You’ll be part of our post-sales team, working cross-functionally with Client Success, Product, and Marketing to create scalable digital programs that empower clients to succeed—without requiring 1:1 engagement. Your work will directly impact retention, growth, and client satisfaction across our client base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy Creation: Develop a comprehensive digital client success strategy aligned with business goals to drive product adoption, retention and value realization
- Content Development: Partner with SMEs to develop educational, engaging, and personalized content that supports key moments in the client lifecycle.
- Journey Design and Execution:Own the design and launch of automated, data-driven enablement journeys that reach the right users with the right content at the right time.
- Analytics and Optimization: Use adoption, engagement, and satisfaction data to continuously refine programs and report on business impact.
- Cross Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Client Success team to scale their reach, allowing CSMs to focus on high-value clients and strategic initiatives.
- Expansion Enablement: Support revenue growth by educating clients about additional features, modules, and services, driving cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
- Client Education & Learning Culture: Create and manage resources like webinars, learning materials, and courses to ensure ongoing education for clients, helping them stay up to date with product updates and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years of experience in digital client success, enablement or lifecycle marketing in a SaaS environment.
- Proven experience building and launching client engagement strategies or adoption programs through digital channels.
- Experience working post-sales to support the client journey, ideally in a Client Success or Enablement function
- Ability to analyze data and use it to inform decision-making and iterate on programs (e.g., Pendo, Mixpanel, Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
- Strong content creation and communication skills—able to distill complex ideas into engaging, value-focused content
- Familiarity with client success metrics (e.g., NPS, GRR, ARR) and how they relate to enablement and adoption
- Experience with tools such as Pendo, WalkMe, Thinkific, or marketing automation platforms.
