We're looking for a Senior Systems Administrator with deep expertise in Salesforce and CPQ (DealHub) to join our Go-to-Market Systems team. As a key player in our Revenue Operations function, you’ll own the administration, optimization, and evolution of our CRM and CPQ systems to support a fast-growing, multi-product SaaS business. • Design and implement scalable system solutions to support product launches, pricing changes, bundles, SKUs, and custom order forms.
  • Develop and manage cross-system integrations with GTM tools such as ZoomInfo, HubSpot, Gong, DocuSign, and Slack, enabling end-to-end automation and real-time data flow.
  • Maintain and enhance complex discounting logic, approval workflows, and automation across Sales, Finance, and Legal processes.
  • Proactively troubleshoot and resolve system issues, managing backlog, prioritization, and roadmap of enhancements and technical debt.
  • Translate complex business requirements into scalable system solutions by leading cross-functional discovery, documenting workflows, and managing project timelines across stakeholders.
  • Partner with RevOps, Sales, Legal, and Finance to drive end-to-end process automation and data integrity across the lead-to-cash lifecycle.
  • Develop and maintain documentation, training, and change management materials to support internal adoption and system governance.
  • Lead structured change management practices including sandbox testing, release cycle management, and deployment tools (e.g., Gearset, Copado) to ensure smooth rollouts and minimal disruption.
  • Monitor system performance and security, ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations.

 What You Bring

  • 5+ years of experience in Salesforce administration with at least 2+ years of hands-on CPQ experience (DealHub strongly preferred)
  • Proven ability to translate business requirements into scalable system configurations in a fast-paced, high-growth B2B SaaS environment.
  • Deep understanding of lead-to-cash processes, including quoting, contracting, discounting, and approval flows.
  • Demonstrated success supporting multi-product models with multidimensional quoting (MDQ), bundling, and custom order flows.
  • Salesforce Administrator certification required; advanced certifications (e.g., Advanced Admin, Platform App Builder) are a plus.
  • Strong grasp of Salesforce architecture, including data models, validation rules, flows, and Apex triggers, with the ability to design and maintain scalable, well-governed configurations.
  • Experience managing integrations with third-party GTM tools such as ZoomInfo, HubSpot, Gong, DocuSign, and Slack to ensure seamless data flow and process automation across the tech stack.
  • Experience collaborating with RevOps, Sales, Product Finance, and Legal stakeholders to drive process efficiency and automation.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills with a bias for action and ownership.
