What You’ll Do
The purpose of the Enterprise Project Manager role is to manage, coordinate, and lead projects/programs from initiation through delivery. Responsible for meeting the project requirements and managing project scope, quality, schedule, resources, and risk. Serve as a liaison between all the cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Drive large to enterprise Software implementation projects/programs from original concept through final implementation.
- Manage all implementation processes including project/program progress tracking, metrics, implementation to production.
- Directly interface with new Enterprise clients across multiple countries in order to create project plans and prioritize tasks across various departments and skill sets around client software implementation project goals.
- Create crisp and complete status reporting to support projects or program communication.
- Utilize Salesforce to create project cases and tasks and ensure the right members of the team are assigned tasks in a timely manner.
- Oversee multiple concurrent software implementation projects from inception through completion while ensuring all projects remain within the agreed-upon timeline and scope.
- Maintain effective communication with all relevant project stakeholders including setup and support personnel, learning and development, and client success teammates.
- Train clients on how to use the application and assess clients’ training needs to consider them when providing training.
- Participate in continuous process improvement and innovation meetings and communications with the project team.
What You Bring
- Project Management Expertise - 5+ years of experience managing projects/programs, guiding teams, and overcoming obstacles.
- Client-Facing & Stakeholder Engagement - Proven ability to build strong relationships, enhance customer satisfaction, and align business needs with solutions.
- Execution & Ownership - Proactively manages multiple workstreams, prioritizes tasks, and drives results with accountability.
- Problem Solving & Decision Making - Analyzes complex issues, identifies root causes, and makes informed decisions.
- Communication & Collaboration - Strong verbal and written communication skills (C1-C2 English level), fosters teamwork, and influences stakeholders effectively.
- Technology Proficiency - Experience with project management and documentation tools (e.g., Salesforce, MS Office, Google Suite).
- Adaptability & Conflict Resolution - Navigates change, anticipates challenges, and resolves conflicts constructively.
- Strategic Risk Management & Leadership - Identifies and mitigates risks while demonstrating integrity, emotional intelligence, and a high-performance mindset.
- Education & Certifications - Background in project management, Agile/Scrum, computer science, or a related field is preferred but not required. PMP Certification is a huge plus.
