RevOps Marketing Analytics Lead

Why This Role Exists 

We’re scaling from $35M to $100M+ ARR and need sharper visibility into our go-to-market engine. This role will own the marketing and SDR performance lens—driving speed to insight, improving channel ROI, and ensuring every campaign, dollar, and sequence moves the needle. This is a hands-on analytics role with strategic impact. 

What You'll Own 

Target Setting & Performance Analytics 

  • Own lead, MQL, SAO, and SDR target-setting aligned to AOP and quota design 
  • Build models to measure conversion across funnel stages and by channel/segment 

Pipeline Pacing & Yield Optimization 

  • Track marketing-sourced pipeline against monthly and quarterly pacing 
  • Provide forward-looking visibility to GTM leaders and campaign owners 

Attribution & Campaign ROI 

  • Build frameworks to evaluate paid/organic channel performance and campaign yield 
  • Partner with Marketing to run experimentation loops with closed-loop feedback 

SDR Effectiveness & Capacity Insights 

  • Analyze SDR outreach data (connects, conversions, meeting quality) to inform strategy 
  • Recommend improvements to sequencing, routing, and enablement 

Reporting Infrastructure & Automation 

  • Build and maintain dashboards in tools like Salesforce, Looker, or Hubspot 
  • Identify opportunities to agentify recurring reporting tasks using AI tools 

 

 What You Bring 

  • 3–5 years of experience in Analytics, Operations (Revenue, Marketing, or Sales), BizOps or Consulting focused in B2B SaaS 
  • Strong grasp of funnel metrics (MQL > SAO > SQL > pipeline > revenue) 
  • Advanced experience in Excel, analytics/ modeling. Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce and Hubspot (marketing automation platforms a bonus) 
  • Data visualization experience (Salesforce, Looker, Tableau, others) 
  • Executive presence: you can clearly tell the story behind the numbers 
  • A bias toward action and a love for crisp execution 
  • A growth mindset and an itch to make things better, faster, simpler
