Job Overview

We are seeking two Revenue Operations Analysts (or Senior Analysts) to join our growing Revenue Operations team. In these roles, you will partner with teams across sales, marketing, and finance to analyze data, optimize processes, and drive revenue growth. You’ll leverage your analytical skills and business acumen to improve our sales funnel efficiency, marketing ROI, and pricing strategies. This is a remote position based in Mexico City, working closely with our US-based team (business-level proficiency in English is required). If you are highly analytical, self-motivated, and excited about improving revenue processes, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities may include:

  • Reporting & Analytics: Provide regular reporting on sales, marketing, and customer success KPIs, delivering timely and accurate insights to leadership. Analyze revenue performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement and deliver actionable insights that support go-to-market strategies.
  • Funnel Performance: Monitor and analyze the full lead-to-revenue funnel – from lead generation to closed deals – to identify bottlenecks and conversion drop-offs. Capture full-funnel lead-to-opportunity conversion metrics and recommend adjustments to tactics in order to hit sales targets.
  • Dashboarding & BI: Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reports (e.g. in Salesforce or Tableau) to visualize key marketing and sales performance indicators – including funnel conversion rates, pipeline velocity, customer acquisition cost, etc. – and use these insights to optimize campaigns and sales efforts.
  • Forecasting & Planning: Collaborate with sales and marketing leadership to define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and revenue goals. Support strategic planning by conducting sales forecasts and pipeline analysis, helping to set clear objectives for growth.
  • Pricing Analysis: Conduct pricing and revenue analyses, providing data-driven recommendations for pricing strategies and discounting policies to maximize revenue and market competitiveness. Develop pricing tools such as pricing calculators. Evaluate how pricing changes or promotions impact key metrics and overall profitability.
  • Process Optimization: Partner with RevOps leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to streamline and improve revenue-related processes. This includes enhancing lead management workflows (e.g. lead scoring, routing, and handoff between marketing and sales), optimizing sales pipeline tracking, and supporting customer retention initiatives for greater efficiency.
  • CRM Data Management: Ensure the integrity of data within our CRM (Salesforce) and other systems by performing regular data cleansing, enrichment, and quality audits. Maintain high data accuracy so that reporting and forecasting are reliable.
  • Sales Operations Support: Assist in administering sales operations functions such as territory management, quota setting, and sales compensation analysis. Review sales commission payout data versus performance results to ensure incentive plans are driving the right behaviors. Provide insights to sales leadership on areas like sales cycle metrics, win/loss analysis, and rep productivity.
  • Insights Presentation: Present data findings and revenue insights to stakeholders in a clear, concise manner. Work closely with department leaders to communicate recommendations and drive execution of revenue-generating initiatives.
  • Tools & Technology: Identify and evaluate new tools or enhancements in our tech stack (CRM, marketing automation, BI, etc.) that could improve revenue operations efficiency and reporting accuracy. Work with the team to implement solutions and best practices to support growth.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Analytics or a related field is preferred. 2–5 years of experience in data analytics, revenue operations, sales operations, finance, or a related role is required. Experience working with U.S.-based companies or in multinational, fast-paced environments (especially in B2B SaaS/tech) is highly valued.
  • Analytical Skills: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with large datasets and conduct in-depth analysis to derive actionable insights. Experience with financial modeling and scenario analysis is a plus.
  • Technical Proficiency: Advanced Excel skills are required (comfortable with complex formulas, pivot tables, and financial modeling). Hands-on experience with CRM systems (especially Salesforce or HubSpot) is strongly preferred for managing pipeline and data. Familiarity with data visualization and BI tools (such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI) is a plus. Bonus if you have experience with SQL or marketing automation platforms.
  • Business Acumen: Background in management consulting, finance/FP&A, SaaS, or business operations is a plus, demonstrating an ability to understand broader business strategy and to align operational analyses with company goals. Prior experience supporting sales or marketing teams (e.g. sales/revenue operations, marketing analytics, or similar) is beneficial.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and present data-driven recommendations to stakeholders. English fluency (business proficiency) is required; bilingual Spanish/English candidates are ideal for our international team.
  • Detail & Organization: High attention to detail with a commitment to data accuracy and quality. Strong organizational and project management abilities to handle multiple initiatives and deadlines simultaneously without dropping details.

Adaptability: Self-motivated and able to thrive in a remote, fast-paced environment. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, adapt to changing business needs, and independently drive projects forward. A proactive mindset and eagerness to continuously improve processes will set you up for success in this role
