About the Role

You build pipeline where it matters most. As Demand Generation & ABX Manager, you own upmarket ABX strategy and execution—turning intent into meetings, SQLs, and enterprise pipeline. You work shoulder to shoulder with Growth, SDRs, and Sales in the Atlanta Hub to orchestrate high-impact programs across digital, field, partner, and executive experiences. You use AI to scale execution, sharpen targeting, and prove ROI.

 

What you’ll do:

  • Own enterprise ABX strategy—from ICP definition to pipeline impact.

  • Build tiered ABX plays (1:1, 1:few, 1:many) aligned to buying committees and deal motion.

  • Define target account lists, coverage goals, and progression criteria.

  • Configure and optimize 6sense segments, in-market thresholds, and alerts.

  • Own the enterprise program mix—ABX field events, partner co-marketing, joint field programs, and executive experiences.

  • Plan and execute events end to end: goals, budgets, landing pages, invites, onsite execution, lead capture, and follow-up.

  • Partner with AEs and SDRs on executive experiences and multi-threaded outreach.

  • Convert intent into MQLs, meetings, and SQLs through tight SDR alignment and fast follow-up.

  • Build persona- and stage-based nurtures; test and optimize sequencing and cadence.

  • Plan and optimize paid programs across LinkedIn, Google, and retargeting for target accounts.

  • Use AI to scale personalization, testing, and demand execution across channels.

  • Ship clear dashboards for SALs, SQLs, pipeline, tier progression, and event ROI.

  • Govern attribution, UTMs, and budgets—then recommend spend by channel and tier.

  • Create playbooks, briefs, and templates for repeatable execution.

  • Train SDRs on plays, offers, and follow-up talk tracks.

  • Partner with the SDR Team Lead on agentic inbound initiatives that accelerate conversion.

What You Bring:

  • 5+ years of B2B demand generation or ABM/ABX experience, ideally in SaaS.

  • Proven success building enterprise pipeline through coordinated ABX motions.

  • Strong understanding of ICP segmentation, buying committees, and deal cycles.

  • Hands-on experience with tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, 6sense, and paid media platforms.

  • High fluency with AI tools to scale research, personalization, testing, and reporting.

  • Analytical mindset—you track what matters and optimize for pipeline impact.

  • Clear operator who thrives in cross-functional, fast-moving environments.

  • Ownership mentality. You run programs end to end and stand behind the results.
