Role Summary 

You will lead the PMO for our Client Experience organization and own the full delivery portfolio from intake to execution to improvement. You will raise the standard for how we plan, run, and optimize client projects by combining strong operational discipline with AI enabled workflows. You set the cadence, create clarity, and drive momentum across a growing SaaS environment. Your work shapes how quickly customers see value and how confidently teams execute.

 

What You’ll Do 

  • Lead and optimize the client delivery portfolio. Align timelines, resources, and priorities with customer and business outcomes.

  • Own and evolve PMO standards including methodologies, playbooks, tools, documentation, and reporting.

  • Use AI tools to consolidate project data, identify risks, and surface insights that support faster and better decision making.

  • Evaluate and mitigate cross project risks and dependencies. Drive clear recovery plans and support teams until the work is back on track.

  • Partner with senior leadership to define performance goals and communication rhythms. Maintain visibility through dashboards and AI assisted reporting.

  • Coach and develop project managers. Strengthen execution habits, client leadership skills, and the ability to supervise AI supported workflows.

  • Deliver training and enablement that raises PMO capability across the Client Experience organization.

  • Run quality reviews of project plans, status updates, and client communications, supported by AI checks for accuracy and consistency.

  • Champion reliable execution that improves time to value for customers.

  • Drive continuous improvement by testing new processes and automations and scaling what works.

  • Partner with Sales, Product, CS, and Operations to ensure project work supports broader company priorities.

  • Contribute to internal PMO initiatives including AI assisted forecasting, resource planning, and portfolio health reviews.

 

What You Bring

  • 7 or more years managing client delivery or professional services projects in a SaaS environment.

  • Strong command of portfolio and project management methodologies including waterfall, lean, and agile. PMP, Scrum, or similar certification is preferred.

  • Experience creating and scaling standardized delivery frameworks or toolkits.

  • Experience leading multi project portfolios including prioritization, sequencing, and stakeholder alignment.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage client facing projects that require strong ownership, clear communication, and effective stakeholder relationship building.

  • Proficiency with tools such as Salesforce, Asana, Google Suite, and Microsoft Office, with interest in integrating AI copilots into workflows.

  • Strong consulting mindset with the ability to manage scope, communicate expectations, and lead executive level conversations.

  • Strength in conflict management, negotiation, and consensus building.

  • Experience coaching or supervising project managers.

  • Advanced capability in risk management, change control, quality assurance, and communication.

  • AI fluency, including the ability to:

    • Use AI tools for data analysis, drafting, and summarization

    • Create effective prompts and validate AI outputs for accuracy

    • Build and oversee AI supported workflows for reporting and documentation

  • Strong written and verbal communication in English at C1 level.
