What You’ll Do

As a Junior AI Solutions Engineer, you will work closely with lead AI solutions engineer to help build, test, and integrate AI-driven features into our platform. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is eager to grow their skills in AI, machine learning, and full-stack development while contributing to real-world solutions.

Responsibilities

Support AI Solution Development
Assist in building and implementing machine learning models and AI-powered features (e.g., NLP, recommendations, predictive insights) under the guidance of senior engineers.

Full-Stack Development
Contribute to backend and frontend development tasks to support AI-driven applications, working with technologies like Ruby on Rails, Python, and React.

Data Preparation & Analysis
Help clean, preprocess, and analyze datasets used for training and evaluating machine learning models.

API Development & Integration
Support the development and maintenance of APIs (REST or GraphQL) to enable AI functionality across the platform.

Testing & Optimization
Assist in testing AI models and applications, identifying performance issues, and supporting optimization efforts.

MLOps Exposure
Learn and contribute to model deployment, monitoring, and iteration processes in production environments.

Collaboration & Learning
Work closely with Lead AI Solutions Engineers and other functions within the organization to understand requirements and deliver features. Actively seek feedback and mentorship.

Stay Curious
Continuously learn about AI/ML tools, frameworks, and best practices, applying new knowledge to your work.

Skills & Experience Required

• 0–2 years of experience in software engineering, internships, or relevant projects
  
  
• Basic proficiency in at least one programming language (Python, Ruby, JavaScript, etc.)
  
  
• Familiarity with frontend frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue (or willingness to learn)
  
  
• Understanding of basic machine learning concepts or coursework/projects in AI/ML
  
  
• Experience working with APIs and web applications
  
  
• Basic knowledge of SQL and working with data
  
  
• Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn
  
  

Nice to Have

• Exposure to machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn)
  
  
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, or Azure)
  
  
• Experience with OpenAI APIs or similar tools
  
  
• Personal or academic projects involving AI or data analysis
  
  
• Interest in MLOps concepts and deployment workflows
