Your Role:

As an employee of Offshore Launch, you are being hired for a unique role within a target Client’s company. We value long-term partnerships, and seek to recruit talent that will serve an individual Client’s business for multiple years.

You will work full-time with the Client company. However, the Agency provides ongoing support to ensure your continued success. As such, we create space for ongoing check-ins, feedback and development through:

  • Membership in the Offshore Launch Slack workspace
  • Bi-weekly All Team meetings
  • Monthly reviews

Responsibilities:

 

  • Manage the CEO’s inbox and task list, ensuring timely follow-ups and clear priorities.
  • Schedule meetings, coordinate calls, and assist with business communication.
  • Shift invoicing to QuickBooks and handle sending, tracking, and collecting payments.
  • Prepare and maintain essential client documents like W9s and COIs.
  • Help create and document standard operating procedures for smoother operations.
  • Assist in setting up tools and systems to improve workflow efficiency.
  • Support bid tracking and internal organization for future growth opportunities.
  • Act as a proactive and dependable support to the CEO in a fast-paced environment.

 

 

Requirements: 

 

  • 5+ years experience in an operational and executive assistant role. 
  • Highly detail-oriented and thrives on clarity, structure, and follow-through.
  • Proactive and takes initiative—anticipates needs before being asked.
  • Tech-savvy with tools like QuickBooks, Google Workspace, Slack, and Zoom.
  • Communicates clearly and professionally, both in writing and over the phone.
  • Able to manage shifting priorities and work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Brings experience supporting small U.S.-based businesses, ideally in construction or trades.
  • Bonus if you’ve worked with entrepreneurs or supported civil/construction projects.
  • A plus if you have a knack for improving workflows and streamlining operations.

 

 

Schedule: 9AM - 5PM CST

 

Compensation & Benefits (to be provided by Offshore Launch):

- $1000 - $1500/mo. depending on experience
- $500 bonus at 90 days and $1,800 available in annual performance bonuses
- 13th month pay
- Performance-based bonuses
- Comprehensive HMO policy, including dependents.
- Annual continuing education budget to support professional development

The Client is not involved in compensation or benefits. As an employee of Offshore Launch, all compensation and benefits are to be provided by the Agency.
