Your Role:

As an employee of Offshore Launch, you are being hired for a unique role within a target Client’s company. We value long-term partnerships, and seek to recruit talent that will serve an individual Client’s business for multiple years.

You will work full-time with the Client company. However, the Agency provides ongoing support to ensure your continued success. As such, we create space for ongoing check-ins, feedback and development through:

  • Membership in the Offshore Launch Slack workspace
  • Bi-weekly All Team meetings
  • Monthly reviews

Responsibilities:

  • Run weekly payroll (track hours, tips, commissions)
  • Categorize and reconcile transactions in QuickBooks + YNAB
  • Keep the CRM organized and moving (tag leads, track follow-ups, update statuses)
  • Respond to inbound calls, emails and inquiries on the client’s behalf
  • Draft SOPs from observed workflows to improve repeatability
  • Coordinate and schedule social media posts using the client’s voice and existing assets
  • Pull stories and content from job sites, client messages, or the clients’s public posts
  • Publish updates 2x/week to Google Business Profile
  • Track platform reviews, respond with voice-aligned templates, and ensure steady growth of 5-star reviews
  • Maintain a “Local Power List” of realtors, property managers, and key referral partners (with contact details, touchpoints, and follow-up plans)
  • Monitor local Facebook and Nextdoor groups for posts requesting window cleaning and respond on behalf of the brand
  • Track client referrals and build simple processes that turn happy customers into steady leads

 

Requirements: 

  • Have experience supporting a fast-paced founder or small business
  • Know your way around QuickBooks and CRM tools like Jobber
  • Are organized, proactive, and calm under pressure
  • Communicate like a pro—concise, clear, and human
  • Feel energized supporting someone else's vision and helping them win

     

Schedule: 9AM - 5PM CST

 

Compensation & Benefits (to be provided by Offshore Launch):

- $1000 - $1500/mo. depending on experience
- $500 bonus at 90 days and $1,800 available in annual performance bonuses
- 13th month pay
- Performance-based bonuses
- Comprehensive HMO policy, including dependents.
- Annual continuing education budget to support professional development

The Client is not involved in compensation or benefits. As an employee of Offshore Launch, all compensation and benefits are to be provided by the Agency.
