Your Role
As an employee of Offshore Launch, you are being hired for a unique role within a target Client’s company. We value long-term partnerships, and seek to recruit talent that will serve an individual Client’s business for multiple years.
You will work full-time with the Client company. However, the Agency provides ongoing support to ensure your continued success. As such, we create space for ongoing check-ins, feedback and development through:
- Membership in the Offshore Launch Slack workspace
- Bi-weekly All Team meetings
- Monthly reviews

About the Client
The Funding Coordinator plays a critical role in helping clients properly fund their trusts with professionalism, precision, and care. You will work directly with clients to gather information, complete account ownership updates, coordinate asset transfers, and maintain clear communication throughout the process. This position requires exceptional attention to detail, confidentiality, and a warm, client-centered approach.
Responsibilities
- Provide white-glove service to clients as they complete the trust funding process.
- Review asset inventories and prepare or coordinate completion of funding forms.
- Liaise with financial institutions, title companies, and insurance providers as needed.
- Maintain meticulous records of client progress in the Funding Portal and update attorneys as necessary and appropriate.
- Follow established procedures and ensure compliance with firm policies.
- Communicate regularly with clients and attorneys regarding funding status and next steps.
- Track milestones and deadlines to ensure timely and accurate completion.
- Protect confidential client and firm information at all times.
Requirements
- Strong organizational and exceptional attention-to-detail skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A client-focused mindset with empathy and professionalism.
- Discretion and trustworthiness in handling sensitive information.
- Ability to follow procedures and maintain structured systems.
- Strong computer proficiency, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and document management tools.
- Ability to manage and track multiple clients simultaneously with accuracy.
- Experience as a paralegal, legal assistant, or in a law firm environment.
- Basic understanding of estate planning or legal terminology.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to learn and grow within a dynamic, supportive team.
Compensation & Benefits (to be provided by Offshore Launch)
- Up to $1600/mo depending on experience
- Annual bonus up to 150% of one months salary, contingent on performance evaluation scores
- 13th month pay
- Comprehensive HMO policy, including dependents.
- Annual continuing education budget to support professional development
