Your Role
As an employee of Offshore Launch, you are being hired for a unique role within a target Client’s company. We value long-term partnerships, and seek to recruit talent that will serve an individual Client’s business for multiple years.
You will work full-time with the Client company. However, the Agency provides ongoing support to ensure your continued success. As such, we create space for ongoing check-ins, feedback and development through:
- Membership in the Offshore Launch Slack workspace
- Bi-weekly All Team meetings
- Monthly reviews

About the Client
The client provides expert accounting services tailored for senior care business owners, from payroll to bookkeeping to compliance and financial planning. We are looking for an experienced Bookkeeper to join our team and support our expanding workload.
Responsibilities
- Accurately categorize and post transactions in QuickBooks Online across multiple client accounts.
- Perform monthly account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records.
- Prepare financial statements including Profit & Loss reports and Balance Sheets for internal review.
- Record journal entries and maintain general ledger accuracy.
- Review financial data to identify discrepancies and resolve inconsistencies.
- Maintain bookkeeping deadlines and ensure books are completed within required reporting timelines.
- Communicate internally with team members and utilize bookkeeping task management systems to request transaction clarification when needed.
- Support back-office bookkeeping functions while following company standards, workflows, and compliance procedures.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience using QuickBooks Online.
- Minimum 5 years of bookkeeping experience managing multiple business accounts.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field required.
- Strong experience with transaction categorization, journal entries, and account reconciliation.
- Proven ability to prepare and review financial statements accurately.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify discrepancies and improve financial accuracy.
- Detail-oriented with strong understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping best practices.
- Excellent English communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote, team-based environment.
Compensation & Benefits (to be provided by Offshore Launch)
- Up to $1450, depending on experience
- 13th month pay
- Up to 150% of one month's salary contingent on quarterly performance scores.
- Comprehensive HMO policy, including dependents.
