Our Corporate team comprises specialist business communications consultants, a group of storytellers, opinion shapers, thinkers, and makers. We are obsessed with uncovering the 'how' in every business, helping clients earn influence, drive growth, and turn prospects into customers. You'll immerse yourself in our clients' worlds, understanding their competitors globally, and thinking beyond traditional earned media to link channels and messages for maximum brand awareness and lead generation.
About the role:
Ogilvy PR is looking for an Account Executive who is hands-on, enthusiastic, and passionate about strategic communications and achieving results that make a difference for corporate clients.
We’re looking for someone who relishes the challenge of agency life. You can think on your feet proactively, manage your time, and be flawless in your attention to detail. Working directly with the client team, you will develop strong client relationships and gain a deep understanding of your client’s business, brand, and objectives.
Your role will be pivotal in supporting day-to-day campaign execution as part of an integrated agency team.
What you'll do:
- Assisting with media outreach, monitoring, and building relationships with key journalists relevant to the corporate sector.
- Supporting the team with WIP reports, timeline management, and coordinating various project elements.
- Contributing to client reports, coverage analysis, and providing valuable insights.
- Helping to craft, edit, and finesse compelling corporate stories, press releases, and other communication materials.
- Participating in research for new business pitches and contributing to strategic discussions.
- Gaining experience in managing external suppliers for events, photoshoots, and other activities.
About you:
- A genuine interest in corporate communications and the broader business landscape.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a meticulous eye for detail.
- Highly organised, proactive, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced agency environment.
- A collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills and a desire to learn.
