About the Role 

Do you thrive on crafting compelling medical education programs that empower healthcare professionals (HCPs) and elevate patient care?

Do you thrive on building strong client relationships and leading teams to success? This Senior Account Manager role offers the chance to lead two key accounts, one focused on medical education and the other on scientific collaborations. Combined, these accounts represent a significant portfolio with excellent growth potential.


What You’ll Do
 

 

  • Oversee the development of engaging and innovative medical education materials, including slide decks, webinars, workshops, and digital resources.
  • Spearhead a high-impact Centres of Excellence program, orchestrating dynamic HCP working groups, expert-led video series, and impactful clinical case studies.
  • Develop adaptable toolkits with core materials primed for seamless localisation, ensuring global reach and relevance
  • Confidently lead and deliver multiple medium to large-scale projects, keeping everything on track and exceeding client expectations.
  • You'll maintain a 360° view of the account, proactively identifying opportunities and advising clients on emerging trends and potential challenges.
  • Expertly review materials, ensuring strategic alignment and confidently articulating your insights to clients.
  • Identify and secure organic growth opportunities while contributing to winning new business proposals.

 

What You’ll Need  

We are looking for candidates who understand and implement a proactive, client-focused approach at all times and who set the standard as a positive role model for more junior members of the team to follow. You will need to be able to apply consistently high standards, tailor your style according to the audience, present confidently and be able to develop and build relationships with clients and offer strategic counsel and guidance.

  • A track record of Account success is key: You'll be able to demonstrate how you've driven results and exceeded client expectations in your previous role within a medcomms or meded agency 
  • Success in project management and delivery across a variety of medical education projects, as well as financial management
  • You're organised, proactive, and deadline driven, a master of time management, able to balance multiple priorities while exceeding expectations where you can 
  • You apply your Regulatory expertise and can confidently navigate the intricacies of pharma regulations, ensuring all activities are compliant and strategically sound
  • Desire to grow and develop our business as well as personally within the role; challenge the status quo and be part of developing new creative approaches and solutions to both our client’s problems and our internal priorities
