About the Role
Do you love seeing a plan come to life, from initial concept through to flawless execution? We're seeking a highly organised and proactive Project Manager to join Ogilvy Health, focusing on the seamless delivery of a full suite of promotional materials across one of our large, dynamic global accounts.
In this pivotal role, you will be the 'glue' that binds our projects together, ensuring everything runs smoothly from brief to completion. While you'll be partnering closely with our clients on project specifics, your core focus will be on internal coordination and driving delivery. You'll work as an integral part of an account team, becoming a key point of contact for our brilliant creative, strategy, editorial, and technical teams, as well as external suppliers.
This role offers the chance to immerse yourself in the operational heart of our agency, championing efficient workflows and ensuring our ambitious projects are delivered to the highest standards, on time and on budget.
What You'll Do
- Orchestrating Project Delivery: Steering complex projects from initial brief through to final delivery, ensuring clarity on scope, timelines, and budgets.
- Internal Collaboration Champion: Acting as the primary coordinator between our diverse internal teams (creative, strategy, editorial, technical) and third-party suppliers, ensuring everyone is aligned and moving forward effectively.
- Facilitating Client & Supplier Communication: Serving as the day-to-day contact for clients and suppliers on individual project deliverables, managing expectations and fostering productive partnerships.
- Risk & Issue Management: Proactively identifying potential roadblocks and developing solutions to keep projects on track.
- Quality & Standards Guardian: Ensuring all project outputs meet the exceptional quality standards expected by Ogilvy Health and our clients.
- Process & Efficiency Driver: Contributing to the continuous improvement of project management processes within the team.
About You
We're looking for someone who excels at juggling priorities and getting things done. While a formal project management qualification is a plus, we value practical experience and a proactive mindset above all.
- Proven Experience: Ideally, you’ll have gained experience working in a networked agency, specifically within healthcare, at a global level.
- HCP Promotional Expertise: Hands-on experience working on promotional campaign materials targeted at Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) is essential.
- Project Mindset: Solid understanding and practical application of project management fundamentals throughout the full project lifecycle – balancing time, budget, scope, and ambition.
- Comfort with Complexity: Confident operating within a large agency environment, comfortable with the demands of global, multinational clients and comfortable partnering with them on project delivery.
- Team Player: Excellent people skills to foster a collaborative team culture and effectively manage multiple internal and external teams.
- Commercial Acumen: Understanding the commercial implications of project decisions and contributing to profitable delivery.
- Communication Powerhouse: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Professional & Passionate: Driven by a desire to deliver the very highest standards for our clients, the agency, and yourself.
You are great at:
- Making Things Happen: You have an innate ability to drive teams towards action, ensuring tasks are completed well and on time.
- Building Bridges: You effortlessly build rapport with both clients and colleagues, fostering strong, collaborative working relationships.
- Support & Collaboration: You're a true team player, always willing to roll up your sleeves and support others to achieve shared goals.
- Attention to Detail: You possess superb quality control skills, ensuring nothing slips through the cracks.
- Problem Solving: You thrive on identifying challenges and proactively coming up with creative and practical solutions.
- Driving Success: You have a genuine desire to contribute to the growth and development of our business through flawless execution and exceptional delivery.
