About the Role
Working as global Agency of Record for an innovative pharma client in the endocrinology space, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a team partnering with a client on a dynamic portfolio of brands.
Are you a curious, creative, and committed client services professional – a Senior Account Director with proven, substantial experience in promotional healthcare marketing, or an experienced Account Director ready for the next step? We're looking for someone who has truly navigated the full spectrum of large accounts, understanding the intricacies, the challenges, and the triumphs, and who consistently demonstrates exceptional management of client relationships and deliverables. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working on exciting global accounts, we have the perfect opportunity for you!
This role offers a blend of highly creative and strategic work, including developing impactful patient engagement strategies and cutting-edge HCP marketing campaigns. You'll also be instrumental in shaping the future of a brand launch anticipated for the end of this year / early 2027 – you’ll love seeing your hard work come to fruition! This genuinely global account provides a huge diversity of work and challenges.
What You’ll Need
- You'll bring extensive experience of promotional advertising work within the healthcare space.
- You will have independently managed large accounts to the value of £1M+.
- You'll have worked on global accounts and understand the challenges and opportunities that come with this.
- You're naturally great with clients, offering strategic counsel and guidance, unafraid to challenge where required.
- You'll enjoy leading a team and are passionate about uplifting and supporting others around you to succeed.
- You hold yourself and others to the highest standards.
- You behave ethically and inclusively.
