About the Role:

The VP, Management Supervisor is a client leadership role responsible for the overall health, growth, and performance of a broad client relationship. This individual owns the strategic direction and financials for their business, oversees multiple account team members, and serves as the primary agency leader in the eyes of client stakeholders, and marketing leadership.

This leader operates at the intersection of client partnership, department leadership, and commercial ownership—setting the vision for how the business grows, ensuring integrated excellence across strategy, creative, medical, analytics, and project management disciplines, and building the next generation of account leadership talent. The VP, Management Supervisor is accountable not only for the performance of their brand, but for the strength, profitability, and trajectory of the business they oversee.

Success in this role requires a strong presence, sharp commercial acumen, the ability to lead, and an unwavering commitment to positioning Ogilvy Health as an indispensable, category-defining partner.

What You'll Do:

  • Champion integrated thinking at scale, ensuring consistency, quality, and strategic rigor across every discipline and every team reporting into the business.
  • Anticipate industry, competitive, and market shifts at a category level, translating them into proactive guidance for clients and forward-looking business strategy.
  • Model and instill a culture of accountability, excellence, and continuous growth across all teams within the business.
  • Held accountable for brand financial performance, including forecasting, project tracking, and highlight the need for resource allocation discussions across the business.
  • Lead, manage, and develop a team of account leaders, setting performance goals, coaching leadership capability, and building succession-ready talent.
  • Actively involved in business development, including identifying, pursuing, and directing for organic growth.

What You'll Need:

  • 12+ years of pharmaceutical, healthcare, or life sciences advertising experience, including demonstrated experience managing and developing other account leaders.
  • A track record of owning financial responsibility for a client business, including job tracking, forecasting, and financial growth.
  • Strong experience developing multi-tiered account teams, including other people managers.
  • Polished presence and the confidence to represent the agency's point of view, both with clients and within the organization.

What Exceptional Looks Like:

At Ogilvy Health, excellence is not defined solely by flawless execution—it is measured by the value we create for our clients, our teams, and our business. For a VP, Management Supervisor, that means setting the standard others rise to meet, and building a business that grows stronger, smarter, and more valuable over time.

  • Operates as the client's most trusted partner, shaping strategy and decisions rather than simply supporting them. They see around corners for the entire business, not just a single brand.
  • Builds future leaders, not just teams. They invest in developing the account bench—AGSs, ASs, and beyond—ensuring the organization's strength extends well past their own individual relationships.
  • Owns the business like an owner. Financial performance, growth trajectory, and overall health across their business are treated as personal accountabilities, not shared responsibilities.
  • Elevates Ogilvy Health's presence in the market, actively driving organic growth and representing the agency's point of view in ways that shape its reputation.

Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
