職務概要

コカ・コーラ社を担当するチームを統括し、社内のクリエイティブ、戦略、デジタルなどの専門チームと連携しながら、TVCM、イベント、デジタル、ソーシャル、店頭など多様なタッチポイントを統合したマーケティングキャンペーンの企画・開発・制作をリードしていただきます。世界広告最大手のWPPグループに属するVML & Ogilvy Japanの社員として、WPP Japanの各社から高い専門性を持ったメンバーで構成されるチームを率い、コカ・コーラ社が日本市場で展開する様々な製品のマーケティング戦略を成功に導く重要な役割を担います。

必要なスキル・経験

  • 総合広告代理店での5年以上の実務経験、または同等のクライアントサービス領域での実務経験(うちアカウントマネジメント経験3年以上必須)
  • マス広告、オフライン、デジタルなど多様なタッチポイントを織り交ぜた広告ソリューションに携わった経験
  • チームリーダーまたはプロジェクトリーダーとしてチームを率いた経験
  • クライアントやパートナー企業を含め複数の関係者を巻き込み、プロジェクトを成功に導いた経験
  • 優れたコミュニケーション能力、プレゼンテーション能力、交渉力
  • 4年制大学卒業以上
  • ビジネスレベルの英語力

Job Overview

As the Account Director for the Coca-Cola team, you will lead the planning, development, and production of integrated marketing campaigns across various touchpoints, including TV commercials, events, digital, social media, and in-store promotions. You will collaborate closely with internal creative, strategy, and digital specialist teams. As a member of VML & Ogilvy Japan, part of the WPP network, you will lead a high-performing team comprised of specialists from across WPP Japan, playing a crucial role in driving the success of Coca-Cola's marketing strategies in the Japanese market.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a full-service advertising agency or equivalent client service experience (including at least 3 years in account management)
  • Proven experience leading a team as a team leader or project leader
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders, including clients and partner companies, and lead projects to successful completion
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Experience in integrated solutions across multiple touchpoints 
  • Bachelor's degree or above
  • Business level English proficiency (preferred)
