[職務概要]

エクスペリエンスデザイン＆サービスチームをサポートする、意欲的で組織力のあるアカウントマネージャーを募集します。優れたコミュニケーション能力と対人スキル、卓越した顧客サービス提供への情熱、そしてエクスペリエンスデザインへの強い関心を持つ方を求めています。先輩社員のサポートとして、クライアントとの関係管理、プロジェクト活動の調整、円滑なプロジェクト遂行を担っていただきます。

[主な職務内容]

• シニアアカウントチームメンバーをサポートし、クライアントとの良好な関係を維持管理する。明確なコミュニケーションと迅速な対応を徹底する。
• 会議設定、スケジュール管理、進捗管理など、プロジェクト活動を調整する。
• 会議資料、プレゼンテーション、レポートを作成し、正確性と完全性を確保する。
• クライアントとのやり取りやプロジェクト関連文書の正確な記録を維持する。
• 社内チーム（デザイン、テクノロジー、戦略など）と連携し、プロジェクト実行を促進する。
• 潜在的なプロジェクトリスクや問題を特定し、シニアチームメンバーにエスカレーションする。
• エクスペリエンスデザイン＆サービスの業界トレンドとベストプラクティスを常に把握する。

[応募資格]

• アカウントマネジメントまたは関連分野での2年以上の実務経験（クリエイティブエージェンシーまたはデザインコンサルタント会社での経験尚可）。
• 優れたコミュニケーション能力、対人スキル、組織力。
• 複数のタスクを同時進行で管理し、効果的に優先順位付けする能力。
• Microsoft Office Suiteおよびその他の関連ソフトウェアの熟練した使用スキル。
• エクスペリエンスデザインとサービスへの強い関心。
• 関連分野での学士号。

[Job Summary]

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Account Manager to support our Experience Design and Service team. The ideal candidate possesses strong communication and interpersonal skills, a passion for delivering exceptional client service, and a keen interest in experience design. You will be responsible for supporting senior team members in managing client relationships, coordinating project activities, and ensuring smooth project delivery.

[Main Responsibilities]

• Support senior account team members in managing client relationships, ensuring clear communication and timely responses.
• Coordinate project activities, including scheduling meetings, managing timelines, and tracking progress.
• Prepare meeting materials, presentations, and reports, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and project documentation.
• Collaborate with internal teams (design, technology, strategy, etc.) to facilitate project execution.
• Identify and escalate potential project risks or issues to senior team members.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in experience design and service.

[Qualifications]

• 2+ years of experience in account management or a related field, preferably within a creative agency or design consultancy.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
• A keen interest in experience design and service.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
