About the Role
The Graphic Designer will be responsible for developing visually compelling designs that align with the World Defense Show’s brand identity and marketing objectives. They will create a range of digital and print materials, including event branding, marketing collateral, social media graphics, presentations, and promotional materials. The role requires her/him to be a thinker who can ensure consistency and high-quality output across all marketing channels.
What You’ll Do
- Collaborate with our design team and clients marketing teams to support our client’s design and content design (OOH, Print, TVC, Digital Banners, social media assets, and more);
- Help bring new ideas for design and content creation to the team using your expertise and eye for great design;
- Develop the client's existing brand guidelines further to bring their brands to life across all creative touch points ensuring the client's brands have a strong and consistent creative presence
- Scope and create templates for our design team to be more efficient in their posting on all client's channels when required
- Past experience as either an in-house designer or within an advertising agency. (We require work samples to apply for this position);
- Experience designing for a content management system (like the HubSpot CMS).
- This person may have to create assets for our experienced team that are mobile-, tablet-, and desktop-friendly and provide a user experience that fits on all three screens;
- Expert in Adobe Creative Suite or similar technologies;
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a major plus.
- Producing design/ideas to the client’s brief and exacting standards from the outset until completion
- Follow brand and campaign guidelines
- Create inspiring and exciting content – from repurposing, and reformatting of assets to ideation
- Be an entrepreneurial lead on the development of creative and output
- Keenly evaluate and monitor industry trends and brands, research industry developments in branding and marketing to be at the forefront of creative excellence
- Strong project management skills, teamed with an aptitude for managing multiple varying-sized projects seamlessly for a high-profile client

What You’ll Need
- Expert in Adobe Creative Suite or similar technologies
- 2-3 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in the events, defense, or corporate sectors.
- A strong portfolio showcasing branding, digital, and print design projects.
- Creativity and problem-solving skills to develop innovative design solutions.
- Excellent time management and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
- Experience working in fast-paced environments with tight deadlines.
- Previous experience designing for corporate events, exhibitions, or large-scale marketing campaigns is a plus.
- Experience collaborating with marketing teams, agencies, and printers.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a major plus.
- Ability to take feedback and adapt designs accordingly.
- Team player with a proactive approach to work.
