What You'll Do: 

  • Design and create eye-catching social media content across various platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) including static posts, stories, GIFs, short-form videos, and more.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and visual strategies for social media campaigns that align with marketing objectives and brand guidelines.
  • Translate marketing briefs and messaging into compelling visuals that resonate with our target audience and drive engagement.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest social media trends, design best practices, and platform updates to ensure content is fresh, relevant, and optimized for each platform.
  • Maintain a consistent brand identity across all social media platforms, ensuring visual cohesion and brand consistency.
  • Assist in the creation of social media style guides and templates to maintain brand consistency across all platforms.
  • Analyze data and insights to understand content performance, identify trends, and optimize future content strategy.
  • Collaborate with the team to brainstorm new ideas and contribute to a culture of creativity and innovation.
  • Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining a high level of quality.

 

 

What You'll Need

  • Proven experience (2+ years) as a Social Media Designer or similar role with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
  • Expert knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) and their respective design specifications.
  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro), Canva, or similar tools.
  • Strong understanding of visual storytelling and how to create engaging content that resonates with a specific target audience.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to adapt to changing trends and embrace new technologies in the ever-evolving social media landscape.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • A passion for social media and a deep understanding of online communities and trends.
  • Agency Experience is a PLUS
  • Adherence to working hours from 9AM to 6PM is a must.
  • Adherence to office presence at least 3 times per week is mandatory
