What we're looking for:
We’re looking for a sharp, hands-on Senior Account Executive – Integrated (Social & Advertising) to drive multi-channel campaigns across a portfolio of dynamic brands. In this fast-moving role, you’ll be the go-to client contact — leading timelines, creative rollouts, and campaign launches across TV, digital, OOH, and social. You’ll work closely with creative, strategy, media, and influencer teams to translate big ideas into high-impact, channel-specific executions. To Succeed in This Role, You Need To:
- Serve as the day-to-day contact for clients across both social and advertising streams — managing campaign timelines, briefing processes, and creative execution.
- Work fluidly across campaign and always-on content, helping shape 360° ideas that live across TV, digital, OOH, and social platforms.
- Lead the coordination of content calendars, creative rollouts, integrated campaign launches, and real-time activations.
- Translate marketing strategies into clear, actionable briefs for creative, strategy, media, and production teams.
- Own the preparation of status reports, campaign timelines, and reporting documents — ensuring proactive client communications at every step.
- Apply deep understanding of both the communications mix and platform-native content to drive impactful, channel-specific recommendations.
- Liaise with community managers and content creators to manage ongoing content, influencer activity, and social-first campaigns.
- Collaborate closely with creative teams to develop compelling brand campaigns and thumb-stopping social content, ensuring both streams reflect the brand’s tone and objectives.
- Monitor and flag competitive brand activity, emerging platform behaviors, and category trends across both advertising and social.
- Manage internal meetings and client reviews, including agenda prep, note taking, next steps, and stakeholder coordination.
- Track and maintain job estimates, scopes, and social budgets while working with production and finance to ensure billing accuracy.
- Help troubleshoot delays, bottlenecks, and priority shifts across both social and traditional deliverables.
- Coordinate performance and wrap-up reporting in partnership with strategy and analytics — both for campaign launches and monthly always-on content.
- Serve as the link between creative, strategy, influencer, media, and production partners — bringing all sides together toward seamless campaign delivery.
- Ensure compliance and sensitivity by understanding and adhering to government protocols, regulations, and cultural sensibilities — guaranteeing all communication materials and strategies meet legal and ethical standards.
Qualifications:
- 2–4 years of experience in client servicing or integrated account management at a creative or digital agency.
- Strong knowledge of advertising and social media platforms (TV, OOH, Meta, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Sharp organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines.
- Familiarity with content calendars, integrated timelines, influencer campaigns, and paid media planning.
- Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and contribute to both big-picture ideas and day-to-day execution.
- Experience with tools like Meta Business Suite, Sprinklr, Emplifi, and standard project management platforms.
- Financial fluency when it comes to estimates, scopes, WIPs, and billing oversight.
- Passion for creativity, culture, and making meaningful work that lives across channels.
