Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and creative Videographer based in Iraq (Baghdad, Erbil, or Suleymaniyya) to collaborate with our team on producing high-quality video content. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working with automotive brands, possess their own professional equipment, and demonstrate expertise in all aspects of video production, from shooting to editing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the creative team to conceptualize, plan, and execute video projects, with a focus on automotive brand campaigns.
  • Capture high footage that aligns with client briefs and campaign objectives.
  • Operate and maintain your own professional-grade video equipment, ensuring optimal performance shoots.
  • Edit raw footage into polished, engaging videos using industry-standard software.
  • Incorporate sound design, motion graphics, and color grading to enhance video quality.
  • Ensure all video content adheres to brand guidelines and maintains a consistent style and tone.
  • Manage pre-production tasks such as location scouting, storyboarding, and scheduling.
  • Work on-location across Iraq (Baghdad, Erbil, Suleymaniyya, and other areas as needed).
  • Stay updated on the latest trends techniques in videography, particularly within the automotive industry.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a videographer, with a strong portfolio showcasing work with automotive brands.
  • Based in Iraq (Baghdad, Erbil, or Suleymaniyya) and willing to travel locally for shoots.
  • Ownership of professional video equipment, including cameras, lenses, lighting, and audio gear.
  • Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
  • Strong understanding of cinematography principles, including composition, lighting, and camera movement.- Experience with drone videography is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • A passion for storytelling and creating compelling content.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience working with creative agencies or production houses.
  • Familiarity with automotive marketing trends and consumer behavior.
  • Knowledge of Arabic and/or Kurdish is a plus.
