About the Role
What You’ll Do
- Growth & Commercial Leadership
Own revenue growth and profitability across the PR & Influence portfolio. - Team Leadership
Build, inspire, and manage a high-performing team to deliver exceptional client work. - Client Leadership
Lead senior client relationships, provide strategic counsel, and ensure satisfaction. - Talent Development
Attract top talent, nurture potential, and champion a strong people agenda. - New Business Development
Drive growth by positioning our PR capability in the market and winning new clients. - Capability & Strategic Expansion
Enhance current services and introduce new offerings aligned with regional and global ambitions.
What You’ll Need
- Proven leadership of large, diverse teams.
- Extensive PR agency experience at a Senior level.
- Expertise across Corporate & Consumer PR, Influence, First Earned Campaigns, Risk & Crisis Management, and Public Affairs.
- Strong commercial acumen and a track record of revenue growth.
- Gravitas to engage and advise C-suite clients.
- Operational excellence and experience driving modern, efficient ways of working.
- Passion for people development and agency wide talent growth.
- Middle East market experience is a strong advantage.
