About the Role
We are seeking a highly creative, versatile, and strategic Social Media Manager, Content & Strategy to join our dynamic team. This role isn't just about managing platforms; it's about bringing innovative ideas to life and crafting compelling narratives that resonate deeply with our audiences.

What You’ll Do
- Develop and execute comprehensive, platform specific social media content strategies that align with our brand goals and messaging.
- Generate innovative, social first content ideas that are designed to perform organically and resonate with target audiences across various channels (e.g., TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, Facebook, YouTube, etc.).
- Produce and execute a wide range of social media content formats, including short form video (Reels, TikToks, Shorts), static graphics, carousels, Stories, and long-form posts.
- Plan, shoot (as needed), and expertly edit engaging video content specifically optimized for each social platform, ensuring high production value and trend relevance.
- Collaborate with graphic designers, videographers, and other stakeholders to produce made for social media content.
- Breakdown complex and technical concepts into clear, concise, and compelling "made for social" material that educates, entertains, and inspires action.
- Draft concise, engaging, and onbrand captions that capture attention, drive conversation, and encourage interaction.
- Continuously monitor and analyse emerging social media trends and platform updates, proactively incorporating them into our content strategy.
- Track, analyse, and report on social media performance metrics, using data-driven insights to optimise content strategies.
What You’ll Need
- Proven experience (3-5 years) in a hands-on social media management, content creation with a strong focus on social first content development.
- An exceptional online portfolio demonstrating successful social-first campaigns, video editing skills, and creative content execution across diverse platforms is required.
- Deep proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve) and graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Expert level understanding of current and emerging social media platforms and their unique content requirements (TikTok, Instagram Reels/Stories, LinkedIn, X, YouTube Shorts, etc.).
- Demonstrated ability to identify, interpret, and leverage social media trends to create timely and impactful content.
- The candidate must have very strong social copywriting skills for each platform.
- Ability to translate complex ideas into clear, engaging, and easily digestible content for a broad social audience
- Self motivated, proactive, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong creative vision with an analytical mindset, able to use data to inform creative decisions.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field preferred
