About the Role
As Social Media Manager, you will be primarily responsible for the strategy and community engagement of the brand on social media channels.
What You’ll Do
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Monthly content planning that aligns with the established brand strategy, working in close collaboration with the content creators responsible for its production.
- Publishing content across various platforms.
- Active engagement and management of the brand's social media channels, conducting proactive community management with the communities.
- Constant active listening: Researching and identifying relevant trends for the brand, proposing content opportunities to capitalise on them and executing them when quick production is feasible.
- Analysis and reporting: Participating in the creation of performance reports, analysing key KPIs and proposing improvements alongside the rest of the team.
- Proposing creative content ideas for both 'always-on' content and for the execution of campaigns across various social media channels, especially X, Instagram, and TikTok.
- Organisational ability to manage content with varying production speeds.
- Direct contact with the client and other agency departments involved in daily operations.
- Maintaining a collaborative attitude within the Social Media department, driving initiatives and optimisations in the Social Content area.
What You’ll Need
- 4 years of experience in a similar role.
- Previous agency experience will be valued.
- As well as experience managing brands with a significant community in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector.
- Advanced knowledge of social media.
- Previous experience in creating videos for social media.
- A content portfolio will be valued, ideally with examples from FMCG brands.
Conditions:
- Permanent contract.
- Working hours: Monday to Thursday from 09:00 to 18:00 with a one-hour lunch break, and Fridays from 09:00 to 15:00. During July and August, working hours will be 09:00 to 15:00.
- Location: Calle Ríos Rosas, 26, 28003 Madrid.
