Senior Creative Team, Art & Copy
THE ROLE:
We’re looking for a senior creative team to join our growing London department and help shape exceptional work for some of the world’s most iconic brands.
In many ways, this is the most modern of modern creative roles.
You’ll think end-to-end. Understanding the many ways people interact with brands in today’s world. And you’ll understand the need to bring creativity to every touchpoint. So you’ll be as comfortable developing industry-changing business ideas and tech-powered brand experiences, as crafting traditional comms and global brand campaigns.
You’ll be curious, imaginative, and ready to craft bold, impactful work that resonates in culture. One of you is a master of copy, tailoring a brand’s voice to every medium and moment. The other is a master of visual craft and developing systems that captivate across all formats. Together, you’ll embrace constant learning, draw inspiration from the world around you, and push creative boundaries.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Do the best work of your life
- Take responsibility and initiative in leading projects
- Take your craft to the next level
- Have a clear understanding of the creative agenda for the account, working closely with CDs
- Require minimal oversight, lead projects
- Work closely with mid and junior teams to help develop their own creative thinking and craft
- Ensure presentations are ready and to high standard, then present them to clients
