About the Role
Are you a driven and experienced Senior Account Executive ready to make a real impact in medical education? Due to growth across existing client accounts we're looking for a talented Senior Account Executive to join the team. What You’ll Do
As a Senior Account Executive you can expect to be involved in a diverse range of medical education activities run by our large integrated team covering all aspects of medcomms.
- Project Ownership: Take the reins on smaller projects and key elements of larger initiatives, managing timelines, budgets, and resources effectively. Be proactive, anticipate challenges, and implement solutions.
- Client & KOL Partnership: Act as the primary point of contact, building relationships based on trust and understanding. Provide seamless logistical support, ensuring clear communication and a positive experience.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with our client services team, contributing to project planning, financial management, and a collaborative, knowledge-sharing environment.
- Continuous Improvement: Embrace a proactive approach to enhancing processes, staying abreast of industry trends, and sharing your insights to elevate our team's performance.
What You’ll Need
- At least 18 months of experience as an Account Executive within a medical communications or medical education agency.
- Scientific knowledge - a strong understanding of science, particularly related to medicine, pharmaceuticals, or healthcare, is crucial and an ability to grasp complex scientific concepts is key.
- Proven project management skills, demonstrating the ability to deliver on time and within budget.
- Excellent client relationship management skills and a knack for building rapport.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
- A passion for medical education and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
