The Role:

As an Account Executive on our team, you'll be a key player in making sure we deliver campaigns that hit the mark every time. You'll be building strong relationships with clients, getting a deep understanding of their objectives, and using your strategic skills to develop creative, effective solutions. You'll work closely with our internal teams to make sure we're delivering campaigns that are on time, on budget, and deliver the highest possible quality.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Actively seek out new business opportunities and develop proposals and pitches to win new clients  
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop and execute creative concepts and campaigns that align with client objectives  
  • Deliver earned-first’ PR projects  
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices to provide strategic recommendations to clients  
  • Manage budgets and financials for client accounts, ensuring profitability and efficiency  
  • Attend client meetings, briefings, and events as required, representing the agency in a professional and knowledgeable manner  
  • Build and maintain a strong network of industry contacts, including media partners, influencers, and other relevant stakeholders  
  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and other project-related documentation to ensure smooth project delivery 
  • Conduct competitive research and analysis to inform campaign strategy and provide recommendations to clients  
  • Work closely with the media team to ensure that campaigns are effectively planned, executed, and optimised for maximum impact  
  • Ensure that all client deliverables are of the highest quality, and meet or exceed client expectations and agency standards. 

 
 
Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.  
  • Previous experience working within Press office or Media Relations  
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in account management, preferably within a marketing or advertising agency environment.  
  • Proven track record of delivering successful campaigns across multiple channels, with a focus on achieving business objectives and ROI.  
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal teams.  
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.  
  • A creative and strategic mindset, with the ability to develop innovative solutions to client challenges.  
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyse data and develop insights and recommendations.
