  • Maintain an influencer database and track campaign performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions, ROI).

Social Media & Brand Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with the social brand teams to amplify influencer paid and seeding campaigns.
  • Support product launches, events, and activations through influencer partnerships and user-generated content.
  • Monitor trends, competitor activities, and viral moments in the beauty and influencer space to inform strategy.

Relationship Building:

  • Cultivate long-term partnerships with top-tier and emerging beauty influencers.
  • Attend beauty industry events, influencer meet-ups and launches.
  • Support brand ambassador programs and collaborations with creators

Analytics & Reporting:

  • Analyse influencer campaign data to measure effectiveness and report key insights to management.
  • Optimise future campaigns based on learnings and data-driven insights.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 1-2 years of experience in influencer marketing, PR, or digital marketing (beauty industry preferred).
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest) and beauty content trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Highly organised with strong project management and multitasking abilities.
  • Creative mindset with an eye for beauty aesthetics, content trends, and storytelling.
  • Proficiency with influencer management tools (e.g., Traackr) and social analytics platforms.
  • Passion for beauty, skincare, and cosmetics.
  • Familiarity with both mass-market and luxury beauty sectors.
  • Experience working with both paid and organic influencer programs.

KPIs (Key Performance Indicators):

  • Influencer engagement rate and content performance.
  • Growth in brand mentions and social reach.
  • ROI from influencer-led campaigns.
  • Number and quality of influencer partnerships.
  • Contribution to overall sales and brand awareness goals.
