Senior Social Creative Team - Art & Copy

London, United Kingdom

Team: Social

Location: London

Contact type: 12 month FTC

Full Time/Part time: Full Time

Reporting into: Creative Director

Our vision is to inspire brands and people to impact the world. To create big ideas that make a significant contribution to the planet, society, and the bottom line.   We believe in today’s world this is the best way for our clients to achieve sustainable growth.

We achieve this by breaking down the barriers that restrict talent and ideas.

Which is why our teams work fluidly across 5 capabilities: Advertising, Consulting, Experience, PR&I and Health.   This allows us to not only operate but innovate at the intersection of capabilities and talent.  We believe impact and magic lies at this intersection. Ogilvy scales this by seamlessly connecting and accessing the deep cultural expertise of 132 offices in 83 countries.

The result is multifaceted ideas for our clients that drive impact and are born from the intersection of platform x culture x technology.

We call this Borderless Creativity.

The opportunity:

We’re looking for a culturally connected, idea-driven Senior Creative Team (art & copy) to join our social team, people who love TikTok trends, memes, and turning cultural moments into standout content. You’ll work across a mix of always-on, planned, and reactive content, leading creative thinking and collaborating with a close-knit team of production, strategists and other creatives.

This is a brilliant opportunity for a team who love the buzz and creativity of social and who knows how to turn community behaviour or trending sounds into sharp, smart content that brands can own.

The role:

  • Leading creative concepts for social content across TikTok, Instagram, X, Facebook, and YouTube.
  • Coming up with scroll-stopping concepts — from evergreen to reactive — and owning them through from idea to execution.
  • Writing sharp, on-brand copy and short-form scripts that match the energy of each platform and speak directly to the audience.
  • Lead campaign ideation across masterbrand, partnerships/rewards, and proactive moments, taking ideas from early concepts through to delivery
  • Spotting cultural moments, trends and conversations — and finding smart ways for brands to join in.
  • Staying up to date with evolving platform features, formats, and audience behaviours — and using that knowledge to keep our ideas fresh and format-fit.
  • Confidently presenting your ideas internally and to clients, making a strong case for brave and culturally relevant work.
  • A love of big, business and world-changing ideas, and a desire to contribute to shaping them
