About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Creative / Art Director to join our core creative team. You will help lead the development of original, culturally resonant ideas across integrated campaigns — shaping work that travels across platforms, communities and channels.

You think ideas first, channels second, and are comfortable building campaign platforms, brand movements, content ecosystems and earned-first creative. You understand how ideas move through culture, media and technology — and how to make them connect meaningfully with audiences.

You’ll play a key role across our client roster, contributing to campaign development, proactive ideation, pitches and business growth. You’ll also help elevate the department’s creative output — supporting, inspiring and collaborating with those around you.

Working in a hybrid environment across central London and remote, you’ll partner closely with other creatives strategists, designers, producers, to deliver work that stands out creatively and delivers meaningful impact.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop original, culturally relevant creative ideas across campaigns and platforms

  • Deliver high-quality creative work, in partnership with the Executive Creative Director

  • Translate strategy and insight into clear, compelling creative platforms and executions

  • Build campaign narratives, storytelling systems and brand expressions

  • Present ideas clearly and confidently to clients and internal teams

  • Manage multiple projects while maintaining creative quality and attention to detail

  • Contribute proactively to new business, pitches and organic client growth

  • Stay curious about emerging platforms, formats, trends and cultural shifts

  • Collaborate closely across strategy, account management, PR, social, influence, design and production
