Role Summary
The Revenue Operations Specialist, reporting to the Director of RevOps, will play a key role in building scalable, data-driven systems that power go-to-market performance across all pods. This person will design and manage the tools, processes, and reporting frameworks that create visibility, efficiency, and predictability for our early-stage B2B SaaS companies. They will partner closely with Sales, Marketing, and Sales Leadership to turn data into actionable insights and ensure alignment across the entire revenue engine.

Responsibilities

  • Own and administer GTM tooling, including CRM setup, automation, and process documentation
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports that drive clarity for sales and marketing performance
  • Partner with the Director of RevOps & Strategy to define metrics, processes, and system architecture across pods
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to streamline lead management, pipeline visibility, and conversion tracking
  • Work with GTM Engineers to build and refine automated workflows that enhance efficiency, accuracy, and data consistency across systems
  • Support GTM teams with reporting and analysis to guide strategy and decision-making
  • Manage monthly commission calculations and support plan design to ensure accuracy, transparency, and timely payouts

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a related role
  • Strong familiarity with CRM and automation platforms (HubSpot or Salesforce experience preferred)
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations
  • Experience supporting Sales and Marketing functions in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Proven ability to build or refine operational processes in fast-moving, ambiguous settings
  • Excellent communication skills and comfort working cross-functionally

Preferred Experience

  • Previous experience implementing or managing Salesforce, HubSpot and integrated GTM tool stacks
  • Exposure to early-stage or high-growth SaaS environments
  • Understanding of funnel metrics and revenue performance KPIs
  • Hands-on experience creating reporting automation or process documentation
