Role Summary
The Partner Operations Manager is the operational force-multiplier for the CEO
and General Partners (GPs) of OH.io. This is a hybrid executive operations +
strategic administrative partner role designed to anticipate needs, remove
obstacles, and ensure the leadership engine moves at the pace required to build a
generational ecosystem.
You will create lift for the CEO and GPs by managing priorities, enabling fast
decision-making, strengthening communication flow, and helping coordinate
across the GTM Engine, venture fund, The Grid, and the broader civic and
ecosystem work.
Your work increases clarity, amplifies execution, and frees leadership to focus on
the highest-leverage strategic activities … without ever presenting as ego-driven,
but instead as essential to OH.io’s velocity.
Key Responsibilities

- Executive Ops for the CEO & GPs
- Daily review, coordination, and anticipation of leadership needs
- Identify items that require escalation and ensure executives are well-
informed - Serve as a strategic administrative partner to the GP’s and CEO — protecting
time, clarity, and priorities - Perform complex calendar management: scheduling, confirming,
sequencing, minimizing conflicts - Screen and tactfully respond to internal/external emails on behalf of
leadership - Plan and coordinate business travel, events, meetings, meals &
entertainment - Assist with CEO-driven company events as needed (Grid openings, dinners,
founder summits, etc.) - Attend meetings with the GPs or on behalf of a GP on an as needed basis,
which may require occasional domestic travel - Occasionally assist with personal scheduling when needed
- Be ready to take on the unexpected and enjoy the ride
- Strategic Coordination Across OH.io
- Drive communication flow between the CEO/GPs and the GTM Engine,
Venture team, Experience, and Ops - Translate leadership conversations into clear decisions, actions, and follow-
through - Maintain operating rhythms for leadership: weekly, monthly, quarterly
- Track deliverables, commitments, deadlines, and dependencies
- Ensure GP initiatives move smoothly and without bottlenecks
- Drive communication flow between the CEO/GPs and the GTM Engine,
- Execution, Alignment & Amplification
- Protect partner time so they can focus on the work only they can do
- Flag misalignments early and surface risks proactively
- Prepare briefs, pre-reads, summaries, and follow-ups for key meetings
- Help leadership stay context-rich across a fast-moving, multi-pillar
organization - Strengthen relationships with founders, partners, investors, and external
stakeholders
