Agent Sales Specialist
We’re looking for a motivated and results-oriented Agent Sales Specialist with a strong background in inside sales. In this role, you’ll conduct 30-minute interview sessions with Real Estate Agents who have attended an info session and want to learn more about what Lever has to offer.
You’ll also manage follow-up calls and nurture your pitched pipeline to close deals effectively. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy building connections, and are excited about helping agents succeed, this is the perfect opportunity for you!
Location: We plan to hire this position in the central or eastern time zone. We are able to hire this position in one of the following states: TX, MN, IL, NY, NC, PA. If not based in Austin, TX, this role will be fully remote.
What you’ll do:
- Hold daily virtual sales presentations to convert prospective real estate agents to the Lever program
- Establish agent interview goals and objectives aligned with company growth targets.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the real estate community, including brokers, agents, and industry organizations
- Proactively prospect and engage new prospects in order to grow sales pipeline
- Follow up on warm leads and identify selling opportunities
- Focus on retention of existing agents in the program by showcasing value at various touch points
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine messaging and outreach strategies
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly metrics
- Stay informed about industry trends, company products, and competitive offerings
What we need from you:
- 2+ years of proven experience in an inside sales role, preferably with outbound sales responsibilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a confident and persuasive presence
- Ability to handle objections and navigate challenging conversations with professionalism
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time-management skills
- A high level of resilience and persistence in prospecting and closing deals
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Familiarity using Zoom or comparable platforms to conduct sales presentations
