Japan Field Marketing Specialistは、Head of Japan Field Marketingと密接に協力しながら、さまざまな部署のチームともに、戦略的なプログラムを実行することで、日本全体のパイプラインを構築します。この計画は、セールスディレクター、SDR (Sales Development Representatives)、Partner/Channel Sales、そしてより広範囲なGo-to-Market teamと緊密に連携しながら進行します。このポジションでは、地域ごとのイベントやキャンペーンの実施を推進し、パートナー企業と協力してビジネス価値を創出します。このポジションは、Head of Japan Field Marketingの直属となります。

このポジションは、SDR チーム、フィールドセールスチーム、そしてマーケティングチームの主要な橋渡し役の一つを担います。多岐にわたるマーケティング手法や戦術を駆使して、特定の顧客をターゲットにしたプログラム、展示会、カンファレンス、特定のフィールドイベント、キャンペーンやコンテンツ、ダイレクトメール、ウェビナー、ワークショップなどにより、ブランド認知度を高め、需要を創出します。このポジションの主な目的は、営業パイプラインを通じて顧客を育成し、見込み客に対する販売サイクルを加速させることです。

このポジションに理想的な候補者は、Results-oriented Marketerとして、自ら率先して行動し、物事を成し遂げるタイプの方です。このポジションでは、社内のさまざまなチームや外部のベンダーと効果的かつ円滑に連携できる実績が求められます。

主な業務

このポジションでは、以下の業務を担当します。

  • フィールドマーケティングチームやパートナーマーケティングチームと協力し、さまざまなイベント、プログラム、キャンペーンを実施することで、Oktaの売上目標達成を支援します。また、あらゆる活動におけるリード獲得から成約までの管理をサポートし、パイプライン目標のバランスを保ちます。
  • キャンペーン、プログラム、イベントの資料、展示会用資材、現地およびオンラインイベント、営業・フィールドイベントなどの管理を支援します。イベント前の準備では営業チームやSDRと緊密に連携します。
  • イベント戦略や計画を実行し、参加するイベントのロジスティクス全般、現地での実行、イベント後の結果分析をプロジェクトとして管理します。
  • イベント開催前後のマーケティング戦略を調整し、イベント後のフィードバックを収集して、イベント後のレポートと分析を作成します。
  • 部門横断的に効果的に連携し、イベントプログラムの目標設定、メッセージング、戦術、参加者獲得のためのメールキャンペーン、スピーカー計画、資料作成、イベント後のリード処理とフォローアップ、その他ロジスティクス全般の定義、プロジェクト管理、実行を支援します。
  • 目標達成のために、イベント、スポンサーシップ、マーケティングプラットフォームの調査と開発を支援します。

求められるスキルと経験

このポジションは、以下に該当する方に最適です。

  • マーケティング実行、イベント企画、キャンペーン管理での経験が3~5年以上あること
  • マルチタスク、優先順位付け、およびスケジュール管理にエキスパートであり、パートナー、複数の製品ライン、組織内の多様なクロスファンクションチームが関わる複雑なイベントプログラムにおいて、一貫して確かな実績をお持ちの方
  • 日本語がネイティブレベルであり、日本語と英語での優れた口頭および書面でのコミュニケーションスキル
  • イベントプログラムでの、プランニングからレポート分析まであらゆる側面の管理経験
  • 急速に成長し、活気のある環境で力を発揮し、変化にもうまく適応できる方
  • ポジティブな態度を持つ、マルチタスク対応に優れたチームプレイヤー
  • プロジェクト計画、イベント進行管理、プロモーションと登録、コンテンツ開発、オンサイト管理を含むプロジェクト管理経験。

  • 優れたプレゼンテーションスキルを持ち、様々な関係者とのコミュニケーションに自信がある方。
  • Asana、Salesforce、Marketo、Tableauなどの営業・マーケティングツールの経験
  • B2B SaaS(企業向けクラウドサービス)企業でのマーケティング経験があれば尚可
