The XDR Team

Japan SDR Directorのもと、Japan XDRチームはエンタープライズ、コマーシャル、エマージングの各セールスセグメントをサポートします。このチームはAPJのXDR組織(ANZ/Asia/JP)の一部であり、優秀な人材と収益を生み出すパイプラインを育て、APJの将来を支えるというチームの使命を担っています。

The SDR Opportunity

Japan SDR Directorにレポートし、SDRは当社のセールス組織の需要を生み出すオポチュニティを創出するために、ターゲットアカウントを探索します。

SDRは、Oktaでのセールス・マーケティングキャリアをキックスタートする最良のポジションで、市場をリードする当社のクラウド導入・管理ソリューションの需要喚起を支援します。

What you’ll be doing

  • アウトバウンドによる新規ビジネスの開拓。
  • ターゲットアカウントにおけるインバウンドリードのクオリファイ、ナーチャリング、案件化。
  • アカウントエグゼクティブのために、セールスに必要な情報の整ったミーティングやオポチュニティを創出する。
  • 電話や電子メールを通じて、コンタクト先を調査し、需要を創出する。
  • 積極的なリスニングスキルを活用し、顧客のニーズとビジネス目標を明らかにする。
  • 電話、Eメール、ミーティングの目標を達成し、常にクォータを達成する。
  • セールスおよびマーケティング組織の他のメンバーと協力し、案件を推進する。
  • xDR組織を代表して、対面およびオンラインのマーケティングイベントに参加する。
  • SaaSツールキット(SDFC、Outreachなど)を使用し、データの正確性を維持する。
  • 毎月のクォータを達成し、それを上回る案件を創出すること。

What you’ll bring to the role

  • 法人/ビジネス経験が2年以上あること。(インサイドセールスが望ましい)
  • 日本語の優れたコミュニケーション能力(文章・口頭)
  • 高い意欲と行動力を持ち、自ら進んで行動する人
  • ペースが速く、チームワークの良い環境で働くことができる。
  • 顧客のニーズを理解し、そのニーズに応えて製品を販売する力
  • 優れた時間管理/組織化スキル
