Manager, Community Management (Mandarin & English Support)

What We Look For In You:

  1. Bachelor degree or above, with excellent command of spoken and written English and Mandarin as the role requires to deal with China/ Hong Kong Mandarin speaking counterparts.
  2. Possess strong learning ability, execution ability with high stress tolerance.
  3. With more than one (1) year of community-related work experience.
  4. Willing to work in Tun Razak Exchange, walking distance to MRT TRX.

 

What You’ll Be Doing:

  1. According to the needs of business goals, formulate a 0-1 operation plan for the community, including but not limited to improving community activity, planning community activities and etc. Able to sort out the operation SOP completely and independently.
  2. Through user profiling and other analysis, refined design activities and operation strategies, improve user awareness, stickiness, and retention. Complete user conversion in a targeted manner, and be able to propose strategic improvements through data analysis.
  3. Deeply explore users’ needs and values, and lead the team to improve output.
  4. Implement community operation plans to cultivate and improve the capabilities of team members and achieve transformation goals.
