About the Opportunity
You will join our admin team and play a pivotal role in shaping and optimizing our administrative operations on a global scale.
What You’ll Be Doing

Execute strategic administrative initiatives in alignment with business goals, including but not limited to continuous operation optimization.

Stay abreast of international administrative policies and regulations, integrating them with company strategy and business landscape. Regularly update industry reports to furnish pertinent data, analysis, and decision-making support for business planning.

Research and propose administrative solutions tailored to the specific needs of our company's operations.

Develop and implement robust administrative management systems, ensuring seamless information flow to support company operations effectively.

Manage the maintenance, optimization, and upgrades of administrative software systems essential for various tasks.

Spearhead the establishment and enhancement of departmental information structures, overseeing system development and process refinement.
What We Look For In You

Possess a global perspective, with cross-industry insight into administrative challenges across diverse businesses and countries. Demonstrated experience in professional administration, coupled with strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.

Proven track record in strategic planning, global administrative policy research, and data analysis, showcasing robust logical thinking abilities.

Exhibit high emotional intelligence and stress tolerance, with willingness to travel and collaborate across time zones. Maintain an optimistic and cooperative demeanor, adept at project coordination and possessing a holistic view of organizational needs.

Hold a Bachelor's degree or higher, with a minimum of eight years' experience in overseas administrative management, ideally within medium to large internet/high-tech enterprises. Proficiency in various office software and tools is essential, along with fluency in verbal and written English and Chinese languages.

OKX Statement:
The salary range for this position is $175,000.00 to $263,000.00. The salary offered depends on a variety of factors, including job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. In addition to the salary, a performance bonus and long-term incentives may be provided as part of the compensation package, as well as a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
