Senior Product Manager - Customer Service System

About the Opportunity

 
What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Lead the development, construction, and continuous optimization of the customer service system to ensure high performance and scalability.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to analyze the effectiveness of key operational processes and tools in various scenarios, identify improvement opportunities, and implement strategies to enhance overall efficiency.
  • Design and implement optimization plans to streamline workflows, driving increased productivity for the operations team.
  • Manage the training, feedback collection, and troubleshooting processes related to the customer service system, ensuring that all stakeholders are well-supported and any system issues are promptly addressed.

 

What We Look For In You:

  • Preferred majors include Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Management, or related fields.
  • Over 3 years of experience in backend product management, with successful product cases preferred.
  • Familiar with software development processes, possessing good project management and team collaboration skills, able to effectively coordinate various resources to promote product implementation.
  • Strong demand analysis and logical thinking abilities, able to quickly understand and grasp business needs.
  • Strong self-motivation and innovative spirit, able to adapt to a rapidly changing business environment.
  • Proficiency in both Chinese and English.
