About the Opportunity

As an Senior IT Support Engineer / Senior Infrastructure Support Specialist for one of the largest crypto exchanges, you will be working on a wide-spectrum of projects, hardware/networks for the recently-renovated HK office with 500+ staff. You will work with a team of 5 in HK office, with potential to move up as IT manager.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Vendor Coordination: Collaborate with vendors to manage and maintain hardware, including laptops, printers, and video conference equipment.
  • Software Support: Ensure the availability and functionality of software applications across the organization.
  • Technical Issue Resolution: Respond promptly to technical issues experienced by employees, providing effective and timely support.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain detailed records of inventory, ensuring accurate tracking and availability of equipment.

  • Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with MacOS and Apple products.

  • Additional OS Knowledge: Understanding of Windows operating systems and Office programs.
  • Tech Enthusiasm: Interest in the latest technology and gadgets, staying abreast of new developments.
  • English Proficiency: Good command of the English language, both spoken and written.
  • Network Knowledge: Basic understanding of TCP/IP networking principles.
  • Cabling Experience: Hands-on experience with low-voltage cabling.
  • MNC Infrastructure Knowledge: Experience with infrastructure in multinational corporations (MNCs).
