As a graduate Visual Designer, you will become a trailblazer in transforming the design landscape of the crypto industry. In this capacity, you'll collaborate with top-tier product managers, product designers, and engineers from leading tech firms.
Leveraging your expertise in creative design, you'll play a crucial role in crafting exceptional visuals and branding for OKX, enriching the experience for our retail/advanced traders, and institutional clients. This is an opportunity to learn the full life cycle of crypto mobile applications including pro/retail trading, asset management, and wallet.
 
What You’ll Be Doing
  • Develop captivating visual assets for the OKX website and app that align with our brand identity, ensuring a consistent and unified visual presence across all platforms.
  • Collaborate closely with Cefi and Defi product designers to strengthen our brand identity and improve product experiences.
  • Stay abreast of the latest design trends in the industry and gain a thorough understanding of OKX's diverse lines of business and financial products to drive innovative strategies for product and branding.
  • Leverage user feedback and data analysis to identify opportunities for refining brand assets and guidelines, implementing enhancements accordingly.
What We Look For In You
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a design-related field, and proficiency in utilizing design software such as Photoshop, Figma, Illustrator and other Design softwares.
  • Demonstrate good insights and proficiency in illustration, graphic design, advertising design, and visual expression.
  • Possess strong communication skills, along with a keen interest in the crypto and Web3 industries.
  • Exhibit creativity and a fervent passion for design, characterized by a distinct aesthetic sensibility and versatility across various styles.
  • Capable of thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.
  • Candidates MUST submit a portfolio to showcase past design work.

  • Delivering high impact branding projects through creative design

OKX Statement

The salary range for this position is $125,000-$155,000. The salary offered depends on a variety of factors, including job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. In addition to the salary, a performance bonus and long-term incentives may be provided as part of the compensation package, as well as a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
